WE TOOK CARE TO PRESERVE HISTORICAL FEATURES AND CORRECT MISTAKES FROM EARLIER REPAIRS.
A historical building with the comfort of the 21st century
Bristol Palace is located on Dlouhá třída, i.e. in the centre of the Prague 1 heritage zone. During the three-year complete reconstruction, on which we cooperated with the preservationists, the building was modernized and became more environmentally friendly.
The electrical wiring was replaced, a central gas system was installed instead of the old gas boilers, the original double glass windows were replaced with new replicas for better heat retention, and air conditioning units were added. In the Bristol Palace you will find modern apartments, offices, business premises and several underground garages.
We contribute to the development of cities and we care about improving urban living conditions in them. Therefore, we build meaningfully and sensitively.
