The Municipal Court in Prague today confirmed on appeal that the contract on a future contract (concerning land near Dejvick\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed station in Prague 6) concluded between Am\u00e1deus Real and the Railway Administration (S\u017d) is valid. The Court of Appeal held that the action brought by S\u017d was unfounded and was correctly dismissed by the Court of First Instance. Today&#8217;s decision of the court will be final when served on the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karel Samec, media representative of Amadeus Real:  <em>&#8220;Today&#8217;s decision by the Court of Appeal has only confirmed our long-held position that the future contract was concluded in accordance with all applicable laws. We are pleased that this matter has been clarified and the validity of the contract has been upheld by the courts. The contract is also not disadvantageous for S\u017d. Am\u00e1deus Real is still prepared to pay for the land the price that will be determined by an expert institute selected by S\u017d itself at the time of the sale on a market basis and to provide S\u017d with other agreed cooperation.
